Applications Open for Residences at the Park Housing Lottery

Applications are now being accepted for the Residences at the Park housing lottery.

An information session will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19 at the Athol Public Library. A virtual recording of a previous session is also available here.

The lottery is scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, June 15 at the Athol Public Library.

Partnering with the Town of Athol, NewVue Communities is spearheading the redevelopment of two vacant historic schools to create much-needed new housing for seniors and families. Residences at the Park, located at the former Riverbend and Ellen Bigelow Schools, will create 53 units of mixed-income and intergenerational housing, open space and parking.
