Residences at the Park on Schedule for August Opening (With Video)

It’s been a tough winter, but our team is making steady progress on our latest construction project – Residences at the Park in Athol. Partnering with the Town of Athol, NewVue Communities is spearheading the redevelopment of two vacant historic schools to create much-needed new housing for seniors and families. Residences at the Park, located at the former Riverbend and Ellen Bigelow Schools, will create 53 units of mixed-income and intergenerational housing, open space and parking.

Lowell-based Aberthaw Construction Company has been busy working through the snow and cold to have more than half the projected completed. We are on schedule for tenants to start moving in beginning in August.
